Maxwell Turner & Associates A Customer Review

Due to the economy nowandays......more and more creditors are turning to financial recovery institutes to help them recovery on their oustanding recievables. I decided to utilize the services of Maxwell Turner & Associates in Fresno California and wanted to share my findings with others:


In April of 2009 I enlisted the services of Maxwell Turner & Associates in Fresno California. I heard a radio ad for their services one day and decided to give them a ring. I made a phone call to them and was connected to their "Member Services" center. The woman who answered the phone was delightful and really seemed to take an interest in what I had to say. She quickly transfered me over to an account executive who took some basic information from me and and started up a questionnaire. To my surprise the man I spoke with was very professional and seemed well versed in the recovery field. He made me aware of my rights and gave me a wonderful quote for my invoices. I was ecstatic!!


I quickly sent over a few invoices to see what they could do. I was certain it would be a tough task even for these guys.

Within one weeks time I received a phone call from my account rep who notified me one of my customers was making payments on his account. Apparently my customer was getting ready to buy a house and didn't want a negative mark on his credit report so he ponied up the money! I was thrilled that MTA was doing so well so I sent in a few more accounts.

All in all I have to say I am very very pleased with the service I am receiving from Maxwell Turner & Associates. I get monthly status reports, I can correspond with my account rep any time via email and instant chat and the employees are always so professional! I have tried using other agencies in the past but Maxwell Turner & Associates is truly one of the best.

I highly recommend them to anyone.
